  • Multiple delivery options available to automatically print, fax or send transcribed reports to a client folder.
  • MedLite also provides HL7 capabilities for transmitting reports to EHR/EMR systems.

- Flexibility

  • Our transcription platform offers flexibility through custom templates that are developed to ensure correct formatting  to meet customer requirements for various report types and any other customization per physician specifications.

- Customer Service

  • Friendly customer service is available for technical assistance and transcription support during our working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST seven days a week.  After hours emergency calls are routed to a team member. Every effort is made to respond to customer support needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with our clients is of the utmost importance. Our desire is to work closely with our clients to promote open dialog and ensure that our client needs are being met or exceeded.
  • Our office is staffed 7 days a week so there is always someone available to talk to, if needed.
